BauWerk was founded in the year 1999. The company registration number is: HR B 5555

We have started as an engineer team, offering architectual and engineering services as:
Design, structural calculation, thermal and sound verifications and project management.
In order to not only be able to provide planning services, we have started a joint venture with several building companies very early.
This enabled us to offer a design and build service.

Since 2002 we have the highest certified qualification for:

• Design and planning
• Structural calculation
• Thermal calculation
• Sound calculation

Since 2003 we are working in the United Kingdom. There we have started as consultants for Countryside Properties. In this period we became part of the design team for several large projects. In 2004 we have built 33 houses for Countryside Properties in Papworth.

The time as consultant allowed us to become familiar with UK buidling regulations and NHBC or Zuerich requirements. Since then we have build several projects on the south coast.

Since 2005 we have incorporated the timber frame production and erection into the company, which enabled us to react faster with our own carpenters. We are distributíng extraordinary german doors, stairs and windows, which we are installing with our own carpenters as well.
2006 we have expanded our joint venture with some UK companies. We can offer now a complete design and build service including all work from groundworks to key turn finish.

At the moment we are building a new luxurious hotel in Mawgan Porth with the new and more international team configuration.
